This policy applies to the public website, wallpaper detail pages, downloads, privacy-policy pages, preview-safe public surfaces, and operational systems used to keep the site reliable. It does not cover third-party websites, stores, platforms, or services that may be linked from h0m3.sys.

The localized versions are provided so visitors can read the policy in the supported site languages. If a translation conflict appears, the English version should be treated as the reference version unless the site operator publishes a different rule.

h0m3.sys is designed to avoid collecting account, payment, newsletter, or contact-form data in the core wallpaper experience.

We do not intentionally use the public wallpaper experience to collect sensitive personal information, create user accounts, process payments, or make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about visitors.

We do not sell personal information. If the site adds features that require direct personal data collection, this policy should be updated before those features are launched.

The download system should not log raw IP addresses in application logs. Where abuse prevention requires request correlation, the service may use derived or hashed values instead of raw identifiers.

Downloaded wallpapers are provided for the license or usage terms presented on the relevant wallpaper page or site notice. Privacy handling is separate from copyright, licensing, and attribution rules.

We may rely on infrastructure and content providers such as Vercel, Sanity, Google analytics products, and related hosting, CDN, logging, or security services to operate the site.

Some wallpaper pages may include affiliate or partner links. If you follow an external link, the destination service may process information under its own privacy policy. h0m3.sys does not control the privacy practices of those third parties.

We may disclose information if required to comply with law, enforce site policies, protect the service, investigate abuse, or respond to valid legal requests.

We keep operational logs, analytics data, and security records only as long as reasonably needed for operation, diagnostics, security, legal compliance, and aggregate reporting.
